The receptionist Nadeb gave me a really nice room with a good view and balcony, the breakfast was amazing, they had smoke salmon on the buffet which I really love, thanks to Pauline who was very polite to guide me through the restaurant. Suman the bellboy remembered from where I came the day before and ordered my taxi back. ❤️ The pool was cozy and perfect temperature which closes at 9pm. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing service. Will definitely come bqck

Great stay all staff very polite and courteous always happy mr alla and staff in restaurant very helpfull food in breakfast buffet was best so far ( I have stayed at 6 hotels in the area and the rotana is the best quality so far here. Pool bar staff very efficient. New renovations in this hotel are definitely 5 star . I spoke to the restaurant manager They even will cater for vegan and gluten free customers. I will definitely book this hotel again based on my experience here . Thank you rotana Alain.

* The beds are good. * The staffs are nice. * The pool is clean and nice. But, * Please put a bidet at the bathroom. * The WiFi is poor. And... * The bathrobs are too long for short people, please consider the height of others too. 😅

Mirza who works at reception was professionally and politely assisting me at the time. He is a great listener and was able to accommodate my needs. I was given a spacious, clean room with a beautiful view. He also showed me villas if my family were to stay over which was really helpful. Thanks Mirza

There are dip in the mattress just at the centre of gravity of the body. Which gave body pain while sleeping. Mattress need to be changed. Food is expensive and very limited options for vegetarians. TC

I celebrated my birthday with a colleague and our group of 10 booked 4 rooms where we stayed for 1 night. There reception service on check in and out was totally stress free, friendly and efficient. The rooms were perfect and spacious, very clean and of very high standards. The pool was awesome and staff were very friendly. The Trader Vic staff that hosted us for the birthday dinner were totally professional and assisted us with the choice of our dishes for the evening. To make it so memorable and fitting for the occasion, the hotel gave all of us free breakfast at their Zest restaurant including our other 3 friends who had joined us. It was just the right spot for a double birthday celebration with families and friends. Check it out when you are in Al ain!!
