The room was spacious, clean, with nice view. The hotel location near from services, which make easy to navigate the city. Good room service on daily basis, special thanks for Beshni, also the front desk staff are very cooperative and special thank for Ahmad motasem. There are more than a restaurant. Outside swimming pool, kids playground and gym Overall it was great experience

Its a nice hotel , the view is amazing They have the best staff especially someone called Mohammed on the front reception, he is so helpful and have an amazing manner. The hotel is clean , they even have starbucks in the hotel cafe Definitely will come back again

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful the staff is here. I had initially gone to the front desk to ask to check out at 12 PM, and instead the gentleman at the front seat allowed me to stay until 2. The breakfast they offer is lovely, you have pretty much everything you could possibly desire to choose from. Everyone is so kind and friendly, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, there is plenty to do around the hotel so you don’t even feel like you need to go too far, and if you have forgotten anything, they are more than willing to accommodate your needs. Thank you for such a pleasant experience ❤️

I always have a wonderful stay at the Park Rotana. I check in for business purpose every week and all I can say is they always exceed my expectations. I would like to mention the excellent assistance of Jassim, who is very hospitable. He even speaks my language a little bit which was a great gesture. Breakfast is great, the room is very clean, and overall, it was a great experience.

It was an excellent experience from all aspects. Staff are very nice. Mohammed from the front desk was really helpful and very welcoming, from smoothing the check in up until the check out. I would definitely come back again.

I booked flat with 3 rooms, it was clean and good smell. The stuff are helpful and friendly.we met Mohamed in reception . the breakfast price little high. I request late check out and they do the needful highly recommended

We have just spent 10 days at the Park Rotana Abu Dhabi and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Location was perfect for us with easy access to the city and Yas Island, the staff have been incredibly helpful, the cleaning staff where very flexible and attentive however, a special call out and a big thank you to Alaa and Mohammad at the front of desk who could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

As always when there is IDEX-Def-Expo in Abu Dhabi's ADNEC, we return to Park Rotana at Khalifa Park. So this year again - and we have to expecially endorse Lourie Aurel for the returner-rate and reservation of the room we asked for and Mohammed and Raj from the reception-desk for swiftly helping to get to the taxi-driver via his CCTV-recorded license-plate when my phone slipped out in the taxi... Great effort. Club in 9th floor also great again, with our host there your charming Philippine staff. In all, highly to recommed - we'll return in 2025 (in Shallah)... G. Mader, Vienna
