It was excellent experience. The stuff kind and helpful its a pleasure to stay at rotana hotel I recommend the hotel for my family and my friends

Thanks a lot to Sony who surprised me everyday for cleaning my room. Thanks a lot for everyone who is working in Park Rotana, I feel it’s home. Everyone is greeting me like a family and asking if I need anything. Thanks to reception staff, Ashok, Raj and everyone who is working there, I don’t have there name 🫣. Thanks to everyone who I met during my stay.

The only issue is that the beds are twin beds combined together to be one king bed and it is a little annoying when it comes for sleeping

A very pleasant experience, the hotel, room, breakfast, everything up to the mark and good value for money. Location also is very convenient, thumbs up !!

As always it was nice staying in this hotel and as usual got a very kind assistent from all staff . Thank you very much all staff for making my stay in 401 very nice, and special thanks for the recipient Raj, housekeepers Malick and Mayura, and for Babu who assets me with the loggeg.. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel and this in not my first time here the rooms is very clean and the beds is comfortable. big heart for the staff, there are very kind and fringes especially ( Dewl) I have encountered her several times when checking into hotel and this time she upgraded my room to a suite, which made me very happy. She is very polite and I hope you promote her and give her a high rating due to her excellent treatment of the guests. I also hope that she reads my message. Another stay at this hotel whilst on business and stayed for a long period. All the staff are very helpful starting from reception to restaurant services. Morning breakfast buffet staff at Ginger Restaurant all exceptionally well trained under the supervision of Vinod. Another great stay.
